Consumer Complaints

The University of North Georgia desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Complaints regarding any aspect of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ operations should be filed internally to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ authorities first and then, if necessary, to external authorities.

Non-Georgia Resident, Online-Only Complaint Resolution Process

²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ follows the State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) complaints process. If the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ complaint resolution is not satisfactory, an out-of-state student from another SARA state could then file a complaint with GA-SARA. The complaint would then be investigated and resolved by GA-SARA.
