Using the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Logo
The University of North Georgia (²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ) logo appears in the upper-left corner of every page on the ung.edu website. No other ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ logo should appear on the page. Do not copy the logo off of the website for use in other materials. The version on the web was created for this platform and should only be used here. If you need the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ logo, contact graphics@ung.edu.

Using the University Name
- It is a best practice to use University of North Georgia (²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ) for the first reference in text. For secondary references, ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ is appropriate.
- For a specific campus, use, for example, University of North Georgia's Gainesville Campus for the first reference. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ's Gainesville Campus can be used in subsequent mentions.
- Never use “NG”, or any of the previous institution's names to reference current activities at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ.
- The noun “university” is not capitalized when it stands alone.
