Amber McGinnis is an award-winning director, writer, producer and owner/founder of Outskirt Media. Her feature film debut, INTERNATIONAL FALLS (now available on Hulu) won the 2019 FIPRESCI New American Cinema grand jury prize at the Seattle International Film Festival and ran the festival circuit at over 20 film festivals around the world before it was acquired and released through Gravitas Ventures. Amber is a member of the inaugural “See It Be It” Fellowship with the Geena Davis Institute, Bentonville Film Festival. In addition to her narrative work, Amber has a decade of experience writing and directing interactive films with clients such as the DOJ, the US Army, the USDA, HHS, and the US Navy, and has worked as an Associate Producer for the Kennedy Center Honors. She currently has three feature screenplays under development, including "Girl In The Red Corner", which was recently optioned.
